How to install the wall lamp

Step 1: Determine the location. First of all, determine the installation height of the wall lamp. The installation height of the bedside wall lamp, corridor wall lamp, and mirror headlight is slightly different, and can be determined according to the specific situation. Generally speaking, the wall lamp is fixed on the wall through the hanging plate, so it is necessary to determine the specific position of the hole on the wall according to the fixing hole on the hanging plate, and mark it at the same time.

Step 2: Drill holes with an electric drill. On the wall that has been marked, use an electric drill to drill holes. The diameter of the hole can be slightly larger than the diameter of the expansion screw, so as to better fix the expansion screw. The depth of the hole should not be too deep, otherwise it will be difficult to insert the expansion screw.

Step 3: Fix the hanging board. The wall lamp hanging board should be fixed with expansion screws. First insert the expansion screws into the holes in the wall, and then use a tool to drive all the expansion screws into the wall to ensure that they are firmly fixed. After the expansion screws are driven in, the wall lamp hanging plate can be fixed on the expansion screws and tightened. When fixing and tightening, it is best to alternate between the two sides to ensure the levelness of the hanging board and avoid deviation.

Step Four: Connect the Wires. After the hanging board is fixed, the wires on the wall lamp can be connected with the wires reserved on the wall. When connecting the wires, it is necessary to avoid wrong connections, the live wire and the neutral wire must be connected correctly, and in order to avoid the risk of leakage, it is best to wrap a layer of insulating tape on the connection.

Step 5: Fix the base. The wall lamp hanging plate and the base need to be fixed with screws, and the base is fixed on the hanging plate with bald screws and tightened. Then you can install the external parts of the wall lamp, such as lampshade, hanging decoration and other related accessories one by one. Finally, turn on the power to check whether the wall light can work normally. If it can, the whole installation is completed. If not, it is necessary to further investigate omissions and make timely adjustments.
